Andrei Konchalovsky didn’t just direct this movie, but he also wrote it with Paul Lowin and produced it alongside Chris Solimine.

The Nutcracker in 3D debuted in theaters on December 3, 2010, while it was available for streaming only in November of 2016. According to The Numbers, the fantasy and musical movie had a runtime of 1 hour and 48 minutes and received a whopping production budget of $90 million. However, its earnings were just over $20 million worldwide. Imagine putting out so much investment money for a film. This could be worse than a flop because even the charming Elle Fanning couldn’t save the movie from going under. As of 2021, there are still no written reviews from movie critics.
