Andre the Giant is a name that will be hard to forget. Standing over 2.2 meters tall, Andre the Giant used his size to attain fame in the world of professional wrestling and acting. A native of Molien, France, Andre the Giant has been displaying signs of gigantism since he was a child. He had already stood over six feet tall before reaching his teenage years. Andre grew up in the rural part of the country and had worked for his family’s farm.
